Mixed Martial Arts is a combat sport which utilizes techniques from a range of martial arts including BJJ and Thai Boxing, as well as boxing and wrestling. Mixed Martial Arts has been popularized through spectator promotions such as the UFC, and is becoming hugely popular all over the world. 

MMA provides a workout for both mind and body. There is a lot to learn as MMA combines techniques from so many styles. If you are serious about learning MMA, it is recommended that you head to some Thai Boxing and BJJ classes to help develop your skills in both striking and grappling, in addition to the MMA class on Wednesdays. If you have no previous experience, the beginner sessions (Monday and Sunday) will be the most suitable to begin with, however you can also head to ‘All Levels’ sessions.
